I’m staying on the 18th floor at the beautifully located Intercontinental Hotel on the banks of the Rhine River. Delightfully comfortable bed (with fabulous pillows) and a restaurant (Signatures) that is first rate.
Held a very successful meeting with Tom from Tom On Tour yesterday co-ordinated by Karin Gussmann from Tourism NT. We have another meeting this morning with Jeff and Michael from Communigayte Marketing.
My time in Manchester (including the Lakes District) was fantastic. What a beautiful place. Spent time with my long time friend Simon who I hadn’t seen for 5 years and a mutual friend, William (from South Africa) who I hadn’t seen for 13 years!! Met some wonderful new people (Simon’s new family) and spent some lovely hours together with me sharing the Alice story with them and sharing their space.
