Yes...the inverted triangle is what is needed. As the article says, the bureaucracy was fine for around 10,000 years and then it went &#039;belly up&#039; around 40 years ago. People of passion and dedication can all &#039;turn things around&#039; if they choose to. This sensational community is filled with some pretty remarkable people. It doesn&#039;t matter who people vote for, sleep with or eat for breakfast...if we are all passionate about making this a better place then...let&#039;s do it!! Like Ricardo Semmler a successful Brazilian business owner (wrote a book called Maverick) who saw the ceo top position as a support to all those positions above him. His role was to make sure that everybody was supported to do their job and he didn&#039;t have any qualms about taking up a toilet brush.</description>
