The Health system across Australia is scheduled to be regionalised following the next federal election irrespective of which political party wins government. This is a perfect opportunity to reduce the financial and administrative burden of having separate NT Health and Education Departments. Both can have regional responsibility across the NT while being directly accountable to the Australian government for funding and outcomes. A reduction in 'over governed' administrivia leading to better and more efficient schools, hospitals educational institutions, health clinics etc.

People have to choose to change their own mindset. Just the same as you and I do. This of course takes time, patience and practice but it's amazing how quickly it thrives in one's mind.
