Considering these issues that keep arising with the AZRI land release and the collapse of the Coolibah Tree estate, where will the land come from? I mean we can't build North or East (unsuitable land), south of the gap seems to be plauged with problems (plus we want to do some massive expansions on the airport to make it International) and we've got the 'Golden Mile' to the west. On top of that we have the (new) five-storey maximum height, there seems to be no direction the town can expand... :( Where do you believe these land releases will come from?
